Freight or Click and Collect

FLAT POSTAGE CHARGE $13

As you navigate our site, you will see that not all our stock is available to purchase online - this is due to the infancy of our website to be able to negotiate competitive freight rates.  But also because a large amount of the stock is pool chemicals and cannot be sent via general freight. 

So at this time we only offer products for purchase online that can fit into a 5kg Australia Post Satchel or Box and is not dangerous goods at a flat rate of $13. Express Post is also available at $20.

OWN FREIGHT

If you are in the Dalby or Surrounds area and have your own freight - you are welcome to do a Click and Collect and once we have notified you that the goods are ready you can organise your freight company to collect the goods.  Please ensure you message us to let us know that it will be collected by a freight company so that we box up the goods securely.  If you are purchasing pool chemical, please check first with your freight company that they freight dangerous goods.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer click and collect - do your shopping online and we will have it ready for you to collect.  Generally your order will be ready within 30 minutes during business hours.  If you purchase after hours, your order will be packed the next business morning.  You will receive a notification as soon as its ready.
